Welcome to the Life Networker website terms and conditions. By accessing this website and/or placing an order for any goods or services listed thereon (“Products”, “Public Seminars” and “Webinars”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time. Registered Users and those subscribing to our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages will be notified when such changes occur.

  1. Pricing
    1. Where prices are listed on the website as “Total Prices”
    2. Where we charge separately for postage and packaging and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
    3. We endeavor to keep our prices as competitive as possible and our pricing is under constant review. For this reason, we reserve the right to change prices and dates without notice.
  1. Payment
    1. Where we offer credit terms, you agree to adhere strictly to those terms agreed.
    2. We offer payment options that include credit card or by invoice. Should you wish to be invoiced, we will require payment within 14 days of issue. Any dispute should also be raised within 14 days.
    3. You agree that once used, all products cannot be resold as new. Should the product be faulty in anyway, we will reimburse you the cost of the product or exchange for a brand new product.
  2. Delivery
    1. We shall take every reasonable effort to meet agreed delivery dates and times. However, we can accept no responsibility for deliveries which are late.
  3. Ordering
    1. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors prior to confirming your order. We will also send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the Products you have ordered. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are those you wish to purchase. We may not be able to refund orders placed in error.
    2. We reserve the right refuse to accept any order at our discretion prior to dispatch.
  4. Guarantee of Products
    1. Life Networker is extremely proud of the quality and durability of our products. For this reason we are pleased to be able to offer our customers, a Guarantee that has no fixed time limits.
    2. We guarantee that (subject to the other provisions of these conditions) on delivery and for an indeterminate period of time, the Products ordered from Us:
      1. Shall reasonably be fit for purpose, and
      2. Shall be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
    3. Providing that:
      1. you give written or emailed notice of the defect to the Company, and, if the defect is as a result of damage in transit to the carrier or a technical fault with the product, within 1 day of the time when you discover or ought to have discovered the defect; and
      2. the Company is given a reasonable opportunity after receiving the notice of examining such Products and you return such Products to the Company’s place of business at the Company’s cost for the examination to take place there.
    4. The Company shall not be liable to return or refund the product if:
      1. you make any further use of any Product following notification to us of a fault;
      2. the defect arises because you failed to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the Products or (if there are none) good trade practice; or
      3. You alter or repair such Products without the written consent of the Company or
    5. Our maximum liability under this Agreement (except when mandated by Law) shall be the purchase price paid for any item(s) returned to us under this Guarantee.
  5. Guarantee of Training Services
    1. Life Networker is extremely proud of the quality of the quality and durability of our products. For this reason we are pleased to be able to offer our customers, a Guarantee that has no fixed time limits.
    2. We guarantee that (subject to the other provisions of these conditions) on delivery and for an indeterminate period of time, the services ordered from Us:
      1. Shall reasonably be fit for purpose, and
      2. Shall be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
    3. For public seminars and webinars;
      1. providing that you give written or emailed notice 7 days before the course date you will receive a full refund for your course booking; otherwise we cannot refund the booking.
    4. All course dates on the website are subject to change and we have a right to remove or change these dates without any notice.
  6. Consumer Rights
    1. To cancel an Order you must inform us in writing or up to 7 days before the course booking by emailing wojciech@lifenetworker.com.
    2. Providing these conditions have been complied with, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products or an exchange credit at your discretion.
    3. If a seminar or webinar is cancelled due to reasons outside our control, you will receive a full refund of the price paid or an exchange credit at your discretion.
  7. Disclaimer
    1. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the Products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.
    2. The material on this Website is provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind.
